Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. Who we are

Weakspot is a trading name of Harewood Digital Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 11896620), registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS], Harrogate, United Kingdom ("Weakspot", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@weakspot.co.uk. These terms govern your use of weakspot.co.uk and the Weakspot application (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.

2. The Service

Weakspot is a business-to-business lead-intelligence tool for marketing agencies and web professionals. It identifies UK businesses from public data sources, audits their public websites, and provides scores, contact details and outreach drafts. The Service is intended for business use only.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Seats on multi-user plans are for individual named users and may not be shared.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

5. Search credits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of search credits. One search run spends one credit. Credits reset on the 1st of each month, do not roll over, and may not be resold or transferred. We may apply fair-use limits to protect the Service.

6. Lead claims

Saving a lead reserves it to your account for a limited period (currently 21 days), during which it is hidden from other accounts' search results. A claim is a feature of the Service, not a guarantee: it does not reserve the underlying business in the real world, and it lapses if the lead is removed or the claim period ends.

7. Your responsibilities when contacting leads

You are solely responsible for your outreach. You must comply with all applicable law, including UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), including screening calls against the Corporate Telephone Preference Service where required. You act as an independent controller of any personal data you process when contacting leads. You must not use the Service to send spam or unlawful marketing.

8. Data sources and accuracy

Lead data is derived from public sources including OpenStreetMap, Companies House and businesses' own public websites. It is provided "as is": we do not warrant that any listing, contact detail or score is accurate, complete or current, and you should verify details before acting on them.

9. Google data

Website performance scores and related metrics are generated using Google PageSpeed Insights and the open-source Lighthouse engine. Google, PageSpeed and Lighthouse are trademarks of Google LLC. Weakspot is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Google, and Google is not responsible for the Service. The availability and methodology of these metrics may change without notice, which may affect scores.

10. Acceptable use

You must not: attempt to breach, probe or overload the Service; scrape or bulk-export the database other than through provided export features; resell or redistribute Service data as a competing product; misrepresent Weakspot reports as issued or endorsed by Google; or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

11. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software, branding and design. You own your account data (pipeline notes, brand assets you upload). You have a non-exclusive licence to use reports and exports in your own business, including with your clients.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business, and our total liability arising in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. The Service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
