Weakspot keeps cookies to a minimum. Our marketing pages (including this one and the free website check) set no cookies at all, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising cookies.
When you sign in to the Weakspot application, we set one strictly necessary cookie: an encrypted authentication cookie that keeps you signed in. It is essential to provide the service you have asked for, so it does not require consent under PECR. It is removed when you sign out or when it expires.
If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (for example, analytics), we will ask for your consent first via a banner, and update this page with the details before doing so.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the authentication cookie will prevent sign-in from working.
